The training was officially opened by the Head of Education and Training Division Ahmad Ciptadi Syuryavin, he said "BAPETEN as a nuclear energy regulatory agency has three functions, the function as an authority, an agency that has the authority to supervise the use of nuclear energy, the second function as an expert or expertise, and a function as part of the public. As an expert, you need competence to become a good trainer who can share your knowledge and competence to the public".

It was further conveyed that this training is aimed at teachers who assist in the duties and functions of the Education and Training Division in carrying out education and training those who have the potential to become trainers where their expertise will be utilized in the implementation of education and training.

Ciptadi hopes that the training can run well and smoothly, the material can be delivered and absorbed well and can be used in the implementation of future tasks.

The training which lasted for 5 days was filled with material on Adult Learning, Learning Design (RBPMP&RP), Basic Teaching Ability, Learning Methods, Designing Teaching Materials and Micro Teaching. [BHKK/YL/OR]
