In accordance with the mandate of Law Number 5 of 2014 on State Civil Apparatus, which states that State Civil Apparatus (ASN) are entitled to competency development to meet job competency requirements and support task implementation, BAPETEN is holding an Office Management Training for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) of BAPETEN. The training is conducted online for five days from Monday to Thursday, March 10-14, 2025, and is attended by 33 PPPK employees of BAPETEN.
The training began with a report from the Head Education and Training Center (BDL), Ahmad Ciptadi Syuryavin, who stated, “Office Management Training is mandatory for all BAPETEN employees. In an effort to provide basic understanding of administration and government governance to ASN, the Education and Training Center is organizing this BAPETEN Office Management Training.”
The event continued with remarks from the Acting Chairman of BAPETEN, Sugeng Sumbarjo, who officially opened the training. Sugeng stated, “In 2025, BAPETEN is experiencing budget efficiency measures, but this does not prevent the Office Management Training from being conducted effectively. Therefore, I hope all participants will follow the training thoroughly.”
Office management can be defined as the comprehensive supervision of administrative activities within an office to achieve goals more efficiently. It may also involve organizing and restructuring processes to ensure ongoing tasks run more smoothly.
After participating in the BAPETEN Office Management Training, participants are expected to enhance their understanding of administration and government governance implemented at BAPETEN. (BHKK/OR/TranslatorNA
