Inaguration and Taking Oath/Ceremony of Functional Position in BAPETEN

Based on the Decree of the Chairman of BAPETEN Number 1860/K/VIII/2022 concerning the Appointment of Functional Officers in the Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency dated 04 August 2022. The Inauguration of Certain Functional Officers (JFT) was held for 43 Employees, offline and online, on Thursday, 11 August 2022.
The event was lead by Plt. Chairman of BAPETEN Sugeng Sumbarjo, witnessed by Deputy Chairman for Licensing and Inspection Zainal Arifin and Deputy Chairman for Nuclear Safety Assessment Dahlia Cakrawati Sinaga and several echelon II officials who attended offline and online.
In his remarks, Plt. Chairman of BAPETEN conveyed the role of JFT in supporting the oversight function in monitoring the safety, security, and safeguards of nuclear energy utilization. "Especially we need good and skilled human resource capacity," he added.
On that occasion, he also conveyed some of BAPETEN's achievements including being ranked 2nd nationally in Licensing Services through BAPETEN Licensing and Inspection System Online (BALIS Online) and Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS RBA). In addition, he also conveyed the challenges, opportunities, and problems of BAPETEN in the future, namely changes in employee performance systems and institutional accountability.(BHKK/DA/CD/SP)
