The Directorate of Inspection for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Sources (DIFRZR) BAPETEN held Guidance of B@LIS INFARA 2.0 on Wednesday (10/07) in Cirebon, West Java. This socialization aims to provide guidance for agencies that utilize nuclear power about the implementation of inspections which through by B@LIS INFARA system. This guidance activity invited 40 agencies and 38 agencies confirmed attendance, there are 30 health facilities and 8 industrial facilities
The event was began with an activity report by the Head of Subdirectorate of Inspection for Research and Industrial Facilities, Sumedi. He explained that this activity is a BAPETEN’s program in terms of participatory inspections, where agencies are expected to actively fill the Facility Safety Report (LKF) annually as a self-assessment. LKF will be used as an assessment to get a BAPETEN award which is given annually to agencies that actively fill in the LKF. Mr. Sumedi also hopes that with this guidance, the invitees will regularly fill in the LKF every year by online through B@LIS INFARA.
Meanwhile, Director of Inspection for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Sources, Zainal Arifin, in his presentation explained the implementation of inspections which is did by BAPETEN. The event ended with guidance on how to fill out the LKF through B@LIS INFARA. (BHKK / IP).
