This activity follows the evaluation of the submitted application documents, which were deemed to meet the requirements for field verification in accordance with BAPETEN Chairman Regulation No. 1 of 2022.

The verification team was divided into two groups:

1. The Training Institution Verification Team was led by Adi Dradjat Noerwasana (Activity Manager, Quality Assurance Functional Group, DKKN), with BAPETEN Radiation Supervisors Joni S. Kadir, Deddy Rusdiana, and Eko Sapto Aji as members.

2. The Conformity Testing Institution Verification Team was led by BAPETEN Radiation Supervisor Suryo Adi Ari Santosa, with BAPETEN Radiation Supervisors Alimuddin and Irma Septi Ardiani as members.

The first day began with an entry meeting attended by BPAFK Jakarta’s leadership and management. During the meeting, the team leader outlined the verification objectives: to ensure the readiness of facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and the completeness of management system documents, curricula, and teaching materials in accordance with established standards. Subsequently, the team conducted an in-depth review of legal documents, organizational structure, human resources, and quality records related to training and testing activities.

The second day focused on facility verification, including training rooms, radiation measuring instruments, and supporting facilities such as places of worship, parking areas, and the library. In parallel, the laboratory team conducted direct observation of the OSL badge dose evaluation service performance, specifically for Hp(3), including the associated data processing techniques.

The activity concluded with an exit meeting, during which the BAPETEN team presented the Inspection Report detailing findings that required follow-up by BPAFK Jakarta.
