The Inspectorate of Banyuwangi Regency was chosen as the destination of the visit because it has a good Electronic Based Government System and has been adopted by several other institutions/ agencies.

The event began with remarks by the Head of the Internal Auditors BAPETEN Hery Budi Santoso, in his remarks saying "This activity can be a forum for communication and cooperation as well as knowledge sharing in order to improve the quality of internal supervision activities within BAPETEN."

Activity continued with a presentation by the Inspector of Banyuwangi Regency Government, Marwoto, in his presentation said "The Inspectorate of Banyuwangi Regency has implemented paperless internal supervision activities, and has built SPBE since 2017. The system has been adopted by several Regency / City Governments and Ministries / Institutions. This system includes internal supervision activities starting from planning, implementation, tiered reviews, to monitoring follow-up of inspectorate findings. Meanwhile, the follow-up monitoring of BPK findings is still manual and uses the system at BPK."

On the next day, the activity continued with a presentation on the demo of the E-Audit application owned by Inspectorate Banyuwangi, starting from the process of preparing the Annual Supervision Work Program, preparing work programs along with work steps and selecting auditors, tiered reviews, publishing supervisory reports, monitoring follow-up on internal findings, as well as monitoring the issuance of reports and monitoring employee performance.[Ins/GorbyVirgoryAldhi/BHKK/SP]
