The West Java KJSU Team was led by Chief Inspector Khoirul Huda; the Maluku FRZR Inspection Team by Chief Inspector Reno Alamsyah; the Maluku KJSU Inspection Team by Chief Inspector Leily Savitri; and the NTB FRZR Inspection Team by Inspector Mukhlisin. These inspections regarding the utilization of nuclear energy were conducted to ensure that license holders comply with all licensing requirements and statutory regulations concerning nuclear safety.

Inspection results revealed the presence of ionizing radiation generators operating without a license, as well as radiation workers who were not recorded in the official licensing documents (KTUN) and lacked personal dose monitoring devices. Several inspected facilities were issued "operation prohibited" stickers and were required to submit a follow-up report within 30 days.

BAPETEN expects facilities that achieved "Good" and "Very Good" ratings for their Safety Performance Indicators (IKK) to maintain their radiation safety performance. Meanwhile, facilities subject to a ban on X-ray machine operations are required to immediately apply for a utilization license through the OSS system, which is integrated with the Balis Perizinan 2.5 licensing system.
