To improve consulting services and licensing from the utilization of ionizing radiation sources in health sector during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency (BAPETEN) organizes online Coaching and Licensing Services (OSL), inviting applicants whose permits are expired in and outside DKI Jakarta 23-25 September 2020, through Zoom Meeting application.

The event was opened by Director of Licensing for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Substances (RFRS) Ishak, and attended by 76 participants, from BAPETEN, Hospitals, Clinics, Private Doctor Practices and Importers located inside and outside DKI Jakarta area.The event was opened by Director of Licensing for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Substances (RFRS) Ishak, and attended by 76 participants, from BAPETEN, Hospitals, Clinics, Private Doctor Practices and Importers located inside and outside DKI Jakarta area.

OSL was initiated by Chairman of BAPETEN Jazi Eko Istiyanto who said ''In this pandemic the amount of limitations should not affect supervision, especially safety and security, such challenges can be faced with 4.0 industry. The award that has been given to the external institution is expected to be an example for the community in participating in the supervision of the safe use of nuclear energy''

Event continued with a presentation related to "Information on licensing policy during the covid-19 pandemic as well as information on licensing changes as the implementation of the latest PP 29 draft in 2008 which is currently the last status being signed by the President" by the Director of Licensing for RFRS.

In QnA session, quite a lot of questions entered chat, read by Coordinator of Health Licensing Subdirectory Mukhlisin as moderator; related to policies during the pandemic, criteria for pemits acceptance, permit documents, conformity tests, room sizes and Online Single Submission (OSS).

Event continued with a one day service in the form of consultation and licensing of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology X-ray directly with a licensing evaluator with the mechanism of sharing the evaluator space through the zoom meeting application.

Materials submitted during OSL activities by health licensing evaluators are Criteria for Acceptance of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Licensing Requirements Administrative and Technical Requirements, Integration of Bapeten-OSS Online Balis Licensing, Implementation of Radiation Protection and Safety Program, Mechanism of Determination of Termination of Activities, Flow of Import Licensing, Transfer and Production of Ionizing Radiation Sources and Management of Balis Accounts.
