In his report, "This theme was taken in connection with the fact that 2025 is the starting point for implementing the medium-term plan for the 2025-2029 period. Performance planning for 2025 is an important and crucial point because it is prone to overlap in the BAPETEN 2025 Work Plan document (Renja BAPETEN 2025), which still uses the baseline BAPETEN Strategic Plan (Renstra) for 2020-2024.
The working meeting was opened by the Acting Chairman of BAPETEN, Sugeng Sumbarjo, who, in various words, said, "The aim of this working meeting is to discuss further the 2024 Performance Evaluation, 2025 Activity Optimization, and 2025 Performance Planning."

This was then continued with the presentation "Achievement of the Work Plan and Budget for FY 2025 and 2026" by the Deputy for Nuclear Safety Assessment, and continued by the Deputy Chairman for Licensing and Inspection.
On Day 2, the Performance Agreement, Annual Performance Plan (RKT), and Integrity Pact for 2025 were signed as part of the commitment to implementing the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP). This event is a strategic step in ensuring the effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of institutional performance.

Next, the signing was carried out at the work unit and training center levels, including directors and heads of centers/bureaus within BAPETEN.
