PKS with the Interconnection BAPETEN Licensing and Inspection System (B@lis) and Electronic Administration Service System radioactive waste management (ELIRA) signed by Director of Licensing for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Sources Ishak and Head of Radioactive Waste Technology Center BATAN R.Sumarbagiono.

The signing of this cooperation is an of implementation form of the Charter of Cooperation between BAPETEN and BATAN signed on 11 May 2004 on The Development of Nuclear Science and Technology Resources and aims to improve the effectiveness of integrated supervision and management of radioactive waste in Indonesia.

It is expected that with the creation of an integrated surveillance system nationally can support public services in the process of BAPETEN’s supervision to facilitate and shorten the process of developing radioactive sources carried out by permit holders, as well as trace ability of radioactive sources data from birth to waste.[BHHK/Kerma/YL/OR/RA].
