From the inspection in the East Kalimantan Province, two letters were issued prohibiting the use of SRP for two agencies suspected of operating SRP without having a utilization permit from BAPETEN. As a guidance before imposing sanctions, in addition to the issuance of the prohibition letter, the Inspector Team also attached a red sticker prohibiting the operation of SRP at the facility and emphasized that since the issuance of the prohibition, X-ray machines may not be operated and require the relevant agencies to immediately submit an application for a utilization permit to BAPETEN by completing all the required documents for the utilization permit in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The two agencies that are now prohibited from operating include Ultra Medica Sejahtera and Amalia Bontang Hospital.
