The event was opened by the Head of P2STPFRZR Taruniyati Handayani followed by guidance on filling out an e-performance guided by a team from BOU. E-performance filling is carried out online through the page https://kinerja.bkn.go.id/.

Then, it was continued with the direction and evaluation by the Deputy Chairman for Nuclear Safety Assessment Dahlia Cakrawati Sinaga, who said to maintain the achievements of 2022 and improve in 2023. In addition, she also said that the study unit should continue to maintain coordination and cooperation with other work units both internally and externally at BAPETEN.

Dahlia Cakrawati Sinaga also said that for each activity, a work team should be appointed that is responsible for completing the activity and the coordinator is expected to be responsible for all activities under his responsibility. In addition, activity planning and budget requirements must be made in detail per month, and the implementation of activities is endevored to be following the plans that have been made.

After that, discussions and questions and answers between the leadership and all P2STPFRZR personnel followed. In this first session, the event ended with the announcement of the best-performing employees in 2022. Four (4) employees with the best performance in P2STPFRZR have been selected, namely Endang Kunarsih, Angga Kautsar, Nurhadiansyah, and Ida Bagus Gede Putra Pratama.

In the second session, the working team for the fiscal year 2023 was discussed. The detailed discussion in the second session was about the appointment of work team members, person in charge (PIC), requests for work team members from other technical units, assignment of team members to other work units, and scheduling plans for activities per month.
