This activity is a follow-up to the application for the appointment of the Personnel Training Institute for the scope of Industrial PPR Level 1, PPR Medical Level 2, Industrial Radiography Level 1 and PKSR, submitted by CV Gaung Mitra Andalan which was declared to have met the requirements for field verification. In accordance with the mandate of BAPETEN Regulation No. 1 of 2022 that the assessment of Nuclear Energy Business Owners is carried out through document evaluation activities and field verification to ensure that business licensing requirements are met.

The BAPETEN team who visited CV Gaung Mitra Andalan was led by Rini Suryanti as Coordinator of the BAPETEN Quality Assurance Function Group as Head of the Verification Team of the Nuclear Energy Training Institute, accompanied by Deddy Rusdiana, Anak Agung Ayu Sari Trisna Citta and Eko Sapto Aji as team members. The BAPETEN team was welcomed by the management of CV Gaung Mitra Andalan consisting of the Director and management of CV Gaung Mitra Andalan.

Director of CV Gaung Mitra Andalan, Sigit Purnomo conveyed his positive aspirations and hopes for the arrival of the team from DKKN-BAPETEN regarding the Verification of Nuclear Energy Training Institutes. The head of the verification team, Rini Suryanti during the entry meeting revealed that the verification objects include aspects of legality, management system documents, human resources, curriculum, training facilities and infrastructure.

After document verification to re-ensure legality, management system documents and curriculum/syllabus and training modules, followed by verification to the facilities in the application CV Gaung Mitra Andalan will be used in the implementation of training through Cooperation or MOU. There are 3 companies carried out by MOU by CV Gaung Mitra Andalan related to the use of classroom facilities, laboratories, the use of ionizing radiation sources and equipment. Inspections are also carried out on other supporting facilities such as worship facilities, parking lots and libraries, and inspection of utilization permits.

At the end of the verification activity, the BAPETEN team submitted the minutes of examination containing findings that must be immediately followed up by CV Gaung Mitra Andalan at the exit meeting. The event was closed with the signing of the minutes of examination by the Verification team of the Nuclear Energy Training Institute and the Director of CV Gaung Mitra Andalan (DKKN/Eko Sapto Aji/BHKK/Bams/OR/RA)
