Jakarta (1/12/20), BAPETEN through the Center of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Sources Regulatory Assessment (P2STPFRZR) held a Work Culture workshop conducted through offline, attended by 17 participants online representatives of technical and non-technical work units BAPETEN. The workshop was opened by Taruniyati Handayani Head of P2STPFRZR, she said emphasized the importance of competency development owned by staff / employees from the softskill side.
Work culture is a concept that regulates beliefs, thought processes, and behaviors based on the ideology and principles of an organization. This concept is what regulates interacting between employees and organizes an organization or company to function. Work culture arises from the results of learning together between members which is considered the right way to understand, think, and feel for each other in order to solve problems. The work culture is closely related to the mentality of each employee which will later affect the work atmosphere.
The event continued with the first presentation by Ariesy Tri Mauleni who is a functional of Economic and Public Policy Researchers - Research Center of the Secretary General of the House of Representatives, Indah said that in working there are dynamics that often require special energy to unite in a work team or with colleagues. "We must change the culture of complaining, blaming, criticizing, comparing, and cursing into a positive culture that starts from organizing intentions, giving rise to and maintaining motivation, establishing communication and networking so that our performance remains stable, spirited and good" she said.
The next presentation was delivered by Yono Suryatno from Integrity Consulting Indonesia who carried the theme "Internalization of Positive Work Culture". Yono Suryatno, revealed that internalizing a positive work culture should start by getting to know ourselves and our coworkers, so that we can set patterns of interaction with the team to achieve the goal. We must be a happy person and have spirit to spur our motivation. Although our motivations vary but there must be an adhesive and that is the work culture. Our efforts in presenting a way for us to feel one together and live the spirit together.
Get rid of mental block by analyzing the problem, try to find a solution and the solution we try, then if there is another problem then we find the solution and tested again, so on so that the more days the better.
