In a short video of the eve from the 50th anniversary celebrations of the President Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo, He gave directions to abandon the old ways of filing that were inefficient management, slow access and also scattered storage everywhere. Archiving innovation is not only intended for the management of government archives but also for public themes by providing a portal that contains themes that familiar to the public with convenient access services. In addition, security is also a major concern in archiving innovation by building a long-term archive security system that is automatically moved from storage. Creating a fast archive service should be a priority. Access to archives that are convenient for the public should be set up.
Chairman of ANRI conveyed public services to be an indicator of success and public trust in the government both central and regional. The information must be built through the archival sector.
It is hoped that this achievement can encourage BAPETEN's performance to make progress, innovate and be in compliance with new technologies in archival management in accordance with archival principles, rules and standards as to realize transparency and accountability in order to support excellent public services.
