To increase the ability and skills in managing archives and prevent abuse by unauthorized parties, it is necessary to arrange management and protection of dynamic archives. The Education and Training Center of BAPETEN held the Archive Management Training which was attended by 45 participants from several unit in BAPETEN. This online training was opened by on duty of the Head of Education and Training Center Supeni, Tuesday (28/07).
In her remarks, Supeni said that in responding to the COVID-19 Pandemic situation, which until now had not subsided, the spirit remained to carry out the mandate of Law No. 5 of 2014, PP No. 11 of 2014 article (203) and article (204), and Head of LAN RI Regulation No. 10 of 2014 related to the development of ASN competencies, through training innovations with e-learning methods, the training was held online. The purpose of this training is to implement the mandate of Law No. 43 of 2009 concerning the administration of archives. Participants are expected to be able to follow all stages of learning through BAPETEN Learning Management System (LMS) and comply the rules that have been submitted.
The participants were given presentation that delivered by the lecturers in the LMS, namely the Official Script Management, Active Archive Filing, Vital Archive Management, Inactive Archive Management, Electronic Archive Management, Archive Maintenance and Care and Archival Shrinkage.
The training held from 28 July to 7 August 2020 and hoped it can increase knowledge, skills, and attitudes in managing the archive as a very important source of information in supporting BAPETEN activities. [BDL/Rusmiyati /BHKK/Yul]
