This activity was carried out to ensure that the competency certification scheme for the suitability test personnel implemented by DKKN as BAPETEN's LSP was in accordance with what had been written in the documents according to the ISO 17024 standard, which had also been previously assessed by the KAN assessor team on August 19, 2024. In this witnessing, the KAN assessor team directly observed the certification process, starting from the registration process, implementation of the evaluation of requirements, and billing through the Worker's Balis, and directly observed the process of each stage of the exam, namely the written exam, practical exam, and interview exam.

From the results of the witnessing, three minor findings and one observation were found, with no major findings or significant non-conformities found. The assessor team wrote down the results that the DKKN BAPETEN LSP was recommended to be given accreditation for the witnessed scope with a note that corrective actions had been taken.

The event proceeded well and transparently overall. It is anticipated that DKKN BAPETEN LSP will promptly address the minor recommendations in order to improve the quality of competency certification services for X-ray machine suitability test professionals and grant ISO 17024 accreditation as intended.
