Technical Guidance for Inputting the Latest Application for Integrated SPIP Maturity Self-Assessment (e-INTEGRITY)
Kembali 29 Mei 2024 | Berita BAPETENIn the context of the maturity assessment of the implementation of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP), which includes self-assessment (PM) and quality assurance (PK) at K/L/D and evaluation by BPKP, which includes an integrated assessment of SPIP, Risk Management Index (MRI), and Corruption Control Effectiveness Index (IEPK), BAPETEN held a Technical Guidance (Bimtek) activity themed Inputting the Latest Application for Integrated SPIP Maturity PM on Wednesday (29/5/24) in Jakarta. Present as speakers from the Financial and Development Supervisory Board (BPKP), namely Agus Puruhita as a representative of the Director of Science and Technology Supervision and Bureaucratic Reform of the Deputy for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs PMK, Anis Suryani, and Hadi Susanto.
Participants of this technical guidance are the Integrated SPIP Implementation Maturity Management Assessor Team and the 2024 BAPETEN Risk Management Team, as well as auditor representatives from other ministries and institutions, namely the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Inspectorate of the National Counterterrorism Agency, and the Inspectorate of the National Human Rights Commission.
The event was opened by the Head of Internal Auditors, Hery Budi Santoso. In his remarks, he conveyed that the purpose of this activity is for consolidation and coordination as well as providing technical understanding that in an effort to improve the implementation of Integrated SPIP and Risk Management, there are elements of Index Risk Management that must be entered into the Latest BPKP Application, and there is preparation for the Integrated SPIP maturity assessment, which will be carried out by BPKP.
The technical guidance was continued with the presentation of material from the resource person from BPKP regarding the SPIP maturity PM according to BPKP Regulation Number 5 of 2021 by Agus Puruhita and Anis Suryani regarding the presentation of the latest application input for the integrated SPIP self-assessment, then continued with a simulation of the latest application input for the integrated SPIP PM on the e-INTEGRITY (electronic-INTEgrated Maturity GoveRnment internal ConTrol SYstem Assessment) application by Hadi Susanto. The Technical Guidance on Inputting the Latest Application for the Integrated SPIP Maturity Self-Assessment ended with a discussion session and was closed by the Head of Internal Auditors. It is hoped that this technical guidance activity will build more effective synergy and communication between all teams, between the Ministries/Institutions that will be evaluated and the BPKP Team as evaluators, and be more focused on understanding and inputting Integrated SPIP Application data on the application (e-INTEGRITY).
