Knowledge Sharing on Management of Change Agents with the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM)
Kembali 26 Juni 2024 | Berita BAPETENThe Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency (BAPETEN), through the Organisational and Governance Function Group (Ortala) of the Bureau of Organisation and General Services (BOU), held a Knowledge Sharing on Management of Change Agent Action Plans with the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, in Jakarta. The activity was attended by change agents representing all work units at BAPETEN.
In the opening, the Coordinator of the Ortala Function Group, Eko Legowo, said, "In order to realise the mandate of the Regulation of the Minister of PAN RB Number 27 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for the Development of Change Agents in Government Agencies, every year an evaluation and encouragement of change planning is routinely carried out. Change agents act as drivers to encourage the internalisation of the core value of BerAKHLAK."
Present as a resource person at this event was Senior Trainer (or Widyaiswara Ahli Madya), a representative from the BPOM Asri Yusnitasari, who presented material related to "Management of Work Culture in the BPOM Environment." In her presentation, she said, "Every year as an Agent of Change, you must have a target that must be achieved. As planned, the target in 2024 is the Change Agent Action Plan directed at building SMART ASN through the implementation of a BerAKHLAK culture and digital mindset, as well as Change Leader as a form of SMART ASN role model by implementing a BerAKHLAK culture and optimising digitalisation.
The activity continued with a discussion and Q&A. It is hoped that with this event, BAPETEN's Agents of Change can synergise more and help manage and change towards SMART ASN in accordance with the CORE Value of berAkhlak according to their respective work units. (BHKK/CD/Translator: GP)
