The event, which was held offline, led directly by Plt. Chairman of BAPETEN Sugeng Sumbarjo, witnessed by Deputy Chairman for Licensing and Inspection Zainal Arifin and Plh. Deputy Chairman for Nuclear Safety Assessment Dahlia Cakrawati Sinaga and several echelon II officials within BAPETEN who were present.

In his opening remarks, Sugeng conveyed the importance of implementing a performance-based organization. "Performance-based means we must be Flexible, Adaptive and Agile" he said.

On the occasion, he also conveyed that the use of the budget and infrastructure needed must be in accordance with the performance to be achieved and quickly adjust to changes. For this reason, he invited the newly appointed employees to implement the values of ASN BerAKHLAK (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative).
