The hearing was opened by the Vice Chairman of Commission VII, Dony Maryadi Oekoen as the chairman of the hearing. In opening remarks he said that each institution should explained the adjustments to the Work Plan and Budget of the Ministry of State/Institution (RKA-KL) FY 2025.

The presentation was begun by the Chairman of BIG Muhamad Aris Marfai, followed by a presentation by Plt. Chairman of BAPETEN, Sugeng Sumbarjo who explained about the adjustment of the Work Plan and Budget of the Ministry of State/Institution (RKA-KL) FY 2025. Sugeng further explained the adjustments to the Work Plan and Budget which included the BAPETEN Budget Ceiling FY 2025 after adjustments, Budget Details per Activity FY 2025 BAPETEN after adjustments, Activities and Strategic Outputs FY 2025, and Activities and Outputs Use of Additional Budget Ceiling 2025.

Sugeng was accompanied by Deputy for Licensing and Inspection Zainal Arifin, Deputy for Nuclear Safety Assessment Haendra Subekti, and Head of Information Planning and Finance Achmad Bussamah and staff.

In this hearing, it was concluded that Commission VII DPR RI approved the BAPETEN Budget Ceiling for 2025 based on the results of the adjustment of the DPR RI Budget Agency. The activity was closed by reading the results of the meeting which were read directly by the chairman of the hearing and then a group photo was taken as the end of this hearing. [BHKK/OR/AAP]
