"Establishing an Integrity Zone to achieve Corruption-Free Area status is not merely a formality; it is a tangible manifestation of our determination to implement fundamental improvements," said Wiryono. "We have focused our efforts on six key areas of change: change management, governance structuring, civil servant HR management system structuring, strengthening accountability, strengthening oversight, and improving public service quality."

Furthermore, Wiryono explained that the improvements undertaken by DPIBN encompass enhancing the quality of licensing services and strengthening integrity. "Our goal is simple: to increase public satisfaction and build public trust," he emphasized. "We are confident that through transparent and corruption-free services, public trust will grow, ultimately contributing to the welfare of the community."

In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) No. 90 of 2021, the WBK designation is awarded based on strong and relevant evidence. Consequently, the National Assessment Team will also conduct interviews as part of the evaluation process to supplement the necessary evidence.

Through these efforts, DPIBN demonstrates a tangible contribution to realizing bureaucratic reform and good governance. This commitment is expected to serve as an example for other agencies in creating a work environment characterized by integrity and wholehearted service.
