Best Employee Award from the Directorate of Licensing for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials for December 2023 and January 2024

In order to aid in the implementation of bureaucratic reform, particularly in the area of change management, the Directorate of Licensing of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials (DPFRZR) and the BAPETEN Leadership have adopted a policy of rewarding and punishing employees in the workplace. The best employees are rewarded with certificates for the period December 2023–January 2024, which ended on February 23, 2024. This award has been given on a regular basis since the beginning of 2022 until the present.
This best employee award is intended to motivate the DPFRZR employees to carry out their work and provide excellent public services. The best employee announcement was delivered by Ishak, Director of DPFRZR, followed by the best employee certificate, which was handed over by Zainal Arifin, Deputy Chairman for Licensing and Inspection.
