Next, Anet Hayani, the person in charge of the event, delivered a presentation on the substance of the regulations and proposed work programs offered for implementation by the Ministry of Industry in the Draft Presidential Regulation.
The meeting also discussed the need for strengthened regulations and technical support from the Ministry of Industry, as well as potential collaboration in field verification and the provision of temporary storage facilities. It was also emphasized that regulatory development must be aligned and non-overlapping, particularly with regulations on hazardous and hazardous waste and the OSS-RBA system, which currently serves as the business licensing pathway.
