The event was opened by BAPETEN's Research and Industrial Facilities Inspection Function Group Coordinator Sumedi and then continued with the presentation of LVKF technical material by Ilham Hidayat on the first day and the material of BAPETEN Inspection Results Follow-Up by Dwi Cahyadi.

Ilham Hidayat, in his presentation, explained how the requirements in Government Regulation 45 of 2023 article 64 paragraphs 3 and 4 are that all radiation facilities must report the safety conditions of their facilities to BAPETEN once a year. “The Facility Safety Verification Report (LVKF) is reported through the Balis INFARA application,” he added.

While in the material on follow-up to the inspection results presented by Dwi Cahyadi, he explained how the facility follows up on the results of the inspection which is one of the requirements for renewing the BAPETEN license.

After the introductory material session was conducted, a question and answer session was opened in a breakout room session facilitated by all FRZR Inspection staff by answering all facility questions related to LVKF issues, follow-up inspection Results and various other topics.

With the presence of the third wave of the LVKF Workshop, it is hoped that business actors in the utilization of ionizing radiation sources will understand well the provisions of LVKF reporting and closure of BAPETEN Inspection findings so that the safety and security conditions for the use of Ionizing Radiation Sources can be monitored by BAPETEN even better.
