This inspection was led by Principal Inspector Leily Savitri accompanied by Inspectors Esturini Fitriyanti and Sri Riantiningsih, who conducted inspections at Anisah Demak Clinic, Ketapang Demak Clinic, PKU Aisyiyah Jepara Hospital, Pramita Magelang Clinic Laboratory and Karangawen Demak Health Center.

The increasing number of business actors utilizing ionizing radiation sources has reached more than 4,600 facilities all over Indonesia, which requires the development of supervision methods by BAPETEN. The utilization of ionizing radiation must be supervised by BAPETEN so that it continues to follow safety and security standards by establishing regulations. If BAPETEN relies on a routine inspection schedule, the supervision will not be optimal.

The output of the inspection results obtained is the value of the safety and security indicator results for 3 facilities is very good (above 90) for Pramita Clinic Laboratory, Karangawen I Health Center and, Anisah Demak Clinic, while for PKU Aisyiyah Jepara Hospital and Ketapang Demak Clinic obtained a good predicate (scores between 70 to 89).
