The socialization began with the presentation of BAPETEN’s Regulation Number 3 of 2021 concerning Business Activity and Product Standards in the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing in the Nuclear Energy Sector by Gloria Doloressa, Associate Radiation Supervisor. Then the event continued with the second presentation on the BAPETEN’s Regulation No. 1 of 2022 concerning the Management of Risk-Based Business Licensing in the Nuclear Energy sector by Vatimah Zahrawati, Young Radiation Supervisor and the third presentation on Inspection of the Nuclear Energy Sector After the Implementation of OSS Business Licensing was delivered by the Director of Inspection of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Sources, Asep Saefulloh Hermawan.

The event continued with discussion and QnA guided by Wisnu Hadi, Main Radiation Supervisor as moderator. Some of the issues that arose in the discussion session were related to the application of financial guarantees, permit exemptions, determination of license termination, implementation of radioactive source storage permits, uniformity of conception of modification permits, implementation of BAPETEN’s Radiation No. 3 of 2021 and compliance with evaluators and safety inspectors.

On the last day, the activity was closed by who expressed his gratitude to the Inspectors who had attended and collaborated with the DP2FRZR who had participated in the socialization and provided ideas and became input to the review of BAPETEN’s Regulation 3 of 2021 and PP 5 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Risk Based Business Licensing.
