The Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency (BAPETEN) held the 2025 Birth of Pancasila Commemoration Ceremony on Monday, June 2, 2025, in the courtyard of Building A of the BAPETEN Office in Jakarta. The Acting Chairman of BAPETEN, Sugeng Sumbarjo, served as the ceremony instructor, with Echelon I and II officials and all BAPETEN employees in attendance.
With the theme "Strengthening the Pancasila Ideology Towards a Greater Indonesia," the 2025 Birth of Pancasila Commemoration reflected a commitment to strengthening the noble values of Pancasila as the foundation for building a stronger, more united, and more sovereign Indonesia.
In a speech by the Head of the Agency for Pancasila Ideology Development of the Republic of Indonesia (BPIP RI), read by Sugeng Sumbarjo, who presided over the ceremony, it was stated that "This commemoration of Pancasila Day should serve as a reminder that the future of the nation is in our hands. If we want to realize a great Indonesia, there is no other way than to ensure that Pancasila remains the soul of every pulse of development."
The speech also included an appeal to continue working together to maintain unity, respect differences, and instill the values of Pancasila in every aspect of life. Let Pancasila be a source of inspiration in our work, our nation, and our state. "Let us make this Pancasila Day not merely a ceremony but a moment to strengthen our commitment to the nation's noble values. Let every step, every policy, every word, and every action reflect the spirit of Pancasila."
