The technical guidance was attended by Bapeten institutional evaluation team and 3 representatives from the Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemen PANRB) were opened by the Head of Organization Development and General Services Bureau Dedik Eko Sumargo. Dedik explained that this technical guidance aims to equalize perception in filling out questionnaires later before being submitted to the Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform .

The event was continued with the presentation by the Sub Coordinator of Assessment and Coordination of Institutional Human Development and Culture Redi Kalingga. The material presented is the background of government organization reform, scope of evaluation, methods, stages, timeline, data analysis, application usage instructions, and simulation of questionnaire applications.
