The activity was opened by the Director of DPFRZR Ishak conveying about the Guidelines and Procedures for Risk-Based Business Licensing Services, Permit Application Process, Permit Requirements and Service Standards (SLA) for Business Owners and Non-Business Owners, including information about the Development of Integrity Zones Towards Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Areas (WBBM).

This event was attended by the Secretary for Licensing Services of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP) of Riau Province, Ade Firdaus, who made a presentation with the theme "Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing for Business Actors and Non-Business Owners".

Coordinator of the Licensing Function Group of Research and Industrial Facilities Mukhlisin also delivered a presentation on "Technical Provisions of Licensing". Mukhlisin discussed "The application for an energy sector permit through the OSS-RBA system, the steps for applying for a PB UMKU permit through the OSS, import provisions, transfer and re-export, reporting, return of SRP and HS Code."

After the presentation and QnA session, followed by the OSS-RBA Licensing Consultation Service by the Ministry of Investment/BKPM which was carried out in a hybrid and the Consultation on Balis 2.5 BAPETEN Permit Application.

This activity was attended by 50 participants who were representatives of Business Owners and Non-Business Owners. In this coaching activity, a 2022 Bureaucratic Reform Assessment Survey was also carried out to assess the perception of corruption and the perception of service quality in accordance with The Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic ReformRegulation Number 90 of 2021.
