Socialization and Implementation of Public Satisfaction Survey

In order to improve BAPETEN's services related to services in the Quality Assurance Function Group, which includes the Appointment of X-Ray Machine Suitability Testing Institutions (LUK), Appointment of Dosimetry Laboratories (LD) and Other Laboratories, Appointment of Nuclear Training Institutions (LP), Certification of Nuclear Equipment Reliability, and Certification of Competence of Conformity Test Personnel, the Socialization and Implementation of the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) of the Directorate of Technical Support and Nuclear Emergency Preparedness (DKKN) BAPETEN in 2023 was carried out on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.

Public Satisfaction Survey is the main activity of the BAPETEN Bureau of Organization and General Services (BOU) Work Unit; the delivery of survey questionnaires is delivered through technical work units to service recipients so that survey recipients are right on target. So that the BAPETEN DKKN Quality Assurance Function Group, as one of the work units in BAPETEN that provides external services to the community, carries out this mandate.

All service recipients were invited to the online event, which took place in 2023. Two sessions made up the activity. The first session, which took place from 09.30 to 12:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time), was intended to allow recipients of the Competency Certification of Conformity Testing Personnel services to socialize and complete surveys. Fifty-five personnel from competent testers and experts attended the first session.

The activity for the second session took place between 13.00 and 15.30 WIB. There are 52 participants from a variety of agencies who utilized the services of Nuclear Training Institution Appointment, Dosimetry Laboratory and Other Laboratory Appointment, X-Ray Machine Conformity Testing Institutions (LUK) Appointment, and Nuclear Equipment Reliability Certification throughout the second session.

The event proceeded without a hitch and achieved its objective of positive survey results. In order to improve the quality of the best service for service users in the future, an extensive amount of constructive feedback was acquired from participants during the activity.
