Refreshment of Radiation Protection Officer (PPR) in The Field of Industry Level I

BAPETEN held a Refreshment of Radiation Protection Officer (PPR) in The Field of Industry Level I conducted offline on 20-23 September 2021, and was attended by 44 participants. The activities organized by the Directorate of Licensing of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Sources (DPFRZR) are carried out while adhering to health protocols.

For all participants and speakers who participate in this activity must be tested for antigen swab or PCR with negative results.

This refreshment event began with the opening by the Coordinator of the Radiation Facility Licensing Function Group Adi Dradjat Noerwasana who delivering instructional refreshment of PPR.

During the training, participants must attend and follow all materials, discussions and tasks provided by speakers consisting of Adi Dradjat N, Mukhlisin, Syaifulloh, Soegeng Rahadhy, Judi Pramono, Darsino, Henda Yunihartanto, Haendra Subekti and Achmad Ciptadi S.

Participants are evaluated based on the results of the initial and final examinations, attendance in all sessions, and the execution of assigned tasks. BAPETEN will publish an extension of the Work Permit (SIB) as PPR and a PPR refresh certificate to the participants if it meets the requirements of attendance, liveliness in each session, and fulfilment of the assigned duties.

With this event, it is expected that Radiation Protection Officers (PPR) can still be maintained and PPR competence can be improved even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. (DPFRZR/Syaifulloh/BHKK/Bams/OR/RA)
