The activity was opened by Deputy Chairman of Licensing and Inspection Zainal Arifin. This refreshment was followed by 46 PPR working in hospitals using radiotherapy, nuclear medicine, medical importers/installers and other health facilities that use ionizing radiation sources from various regions in Indonesia. The aim of PPR Refreshment is to maintain PPR competence,coordination of BAPETEN with PPR as the supervisor of internal radiation protection, socialization of new policies and provisions.

The refreshment material was delivered by several speakers, namely Zainal Arifin, Haendra Subekti, Judi Paramono, Aris Sanyoto, Rini Suryanti, Ida Bagus Manuaba, Darsino, Sulistyoningsih, Nanang Triagung Edihermawan, Adi Dradjat Noerwasan, and Iin Indartati.

During the training, participants are required to attend and follow all materials, discussions and assignments. BAPETEN issues an extension of SIB as a PPR and a PPR refreshment certificate to participants based on the results of the initial and final test evaluations, attendance in all sessions and activeness in each session and group task.
