The refreshment which was attended by 44 PPR Medical Level 2 from various regions in Indonesia, was opened by the Director of Licensing for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials (DPFRZR) BAPETEN Ishak.

"The purpose of this activity is in the context of refreshment for PPR, as well as to fulfill the requirements for extending the PPR SIB" said Ishak in his remarks.

"Besides that, it is also to maintain PPR competence, to coordinate BAPETEN with PPR as the internal radiation protection supervisor, as well as socialization of new policies and provisions," he added.

The refresher material this time was delivered by several presenters, namely Ishak, M.Si, Ida Bagus Manuaba, ST, M.Si, Syaifulloh, ST, M.Si, Made Premayuni, M.Eng, and Iin Indartati, ST, M,Si .

During the training, participants must be present and take part in all materials and discussions as well as assignments. BAPETEN issues SIB extensions as PPR and PPR refresher certificates to participants based on the evaluation results of the initial and final tests, attendance in all sessions and activity in each session and group assignments.
