This activity was attended by more than 120 participants from stakeholders, BAPETEN service users, representatives of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy, Cabinet Secretariat, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and BAPETEN. In the opening, Wawan Sunaryo, Director of Non-Tax State Revenue of the Ministry of Finance said that currently Government Regulation No. 56 of 2014 on The Type and Tariff on The Type of Non-Tax State Revenue Applicable to the BAPETEN needs to be adjusted by considering the latest regulatory developments and financing situations. It is expected that with this adjustment, what is paid by BAPETEN service users is proportional to the services provided by BAPETEN.

Deputy Chairman for Licensing and Inspection BAPETEN, Zainal Arifin stated "Law No. 11 of 2020 on Omnibus Law regulates 18 licensing sectors, which is related to electricity. Therefore, the implementation of licensing in BAPETEN must be transformed in accordance with Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 on the Implementation of Risk-Based Licensing". Regarding PNBP, Zainal asserted that all service rates implemented by BAPETEN are based on the applicable PP PNBP. Zainal also stated that BAPETEN is currently working on interconnecting BAPETEN licensing system (Balis) with other systems in other ministries.
