The event was opened by the Director DPFRZR, Ishak accompanied by the Coordinator of the Health Facility Licensing Function Group, Iin Indartati and the Coordinator of the Research and Industrial Facilities Licensing Function Group, Mukhlisin and all staff.

The audit was carried out by the SAI Global audit team, namely Sofyan Efendi as Head of Audit and Dipo Pramudito as Auditor. The scope of the audit includes competence, training and awareness, (procurement) and infrastructure maintenance.

The activity was closed with the submission of results by Sofyan Efendi as Lead Auditor, with no major findings because in general the service process has been managed by an integrated system from the beginning of the permit application until the KTUN is issued and is in accordance with regulations.
