Level 1 Industrial Radiation Protection Officer (PPR) Refresher in Surabaya

BAPETEN's Directorate of Licensing of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials (DPFRZR) held a Level 1 Industrial Radiation Protection Officer (PPR) Refresher in Surabaya from June 3 to 6, 2024. The PPR refresher aims to maintain and improve PPR competence, BAPETEN's coordination with PPR as internal radiation protection supervisors, and socialization of the latest policies and regulations.
This PPR refresher is one of the services provided in extending the Work Permit (SIB) for Radiation Protection Officers (PPR) as a means of extending the PPR SIB.
The PPR refresher program was opened by the Radiation Facility Officer Licensing Coordinator Ida Bagus Manuaba and then continued with the presentation of material by the attachment of the Head of BAPETEN Regulation No. 16 Year 2014. The refresher material this time was delivered by several speakers, namely Judi Pramono, Soegeng Rahadhy, Ida Bagus Manuaba, Syaifulloh, Puji Hastuti, Dewi Apriliani, Endang Kunarsih and Nugraha Dwi Santosa.
This event was attended by 43 participants from all over Indonesia. BAPETEN issued an extension of the validity period of the PPR SIB and PPR certificate to participants based on the evaluation results of the initial and final tests, attendance in all sessions and activeness in each session and group assignments.
