The event was opened by the Head of Protocol and Administration Section Kuspriyanto, representing the Head of Organization and General Services Bureau (BOU). He said "In order to improve the quality of knowledge sharing implementation is carried out as one of the efforts to increase knowledge and insight, share knowledge, experience and establish friendship between BAPETEN and LAPAN Archival Units which are Non-ministerial Government Institutions (LPNK)."

The activity began with a presentation on "Dynamic Archive Management in BAPETEN" by Head of The Administration Subsection from The Deputy Chairman for Nuclear Safety Assessment (PKN) Rinasari. Rina explained "BAPETEN's archival unit has future targets that include the establishment of the National Movement for Conscious and Orderly Archive (GNSTA) program, accreditation of The Archival Unit and certification of Archival Human Resources, and winning the ARCHIVAL AWARD (ANRI Award). The implementation of archivation in accordance with the principles, rules and standards of this archiving as a form of support for the realization of good governance".

The event continued with a presentation of The Archivist from LAPAN Arisdiyo "Archival Implementation in LAPAN". Arisdiyo stated that the implementation of archival in LAPAN is based on a strong commitment from the leadership and its ranks and fully supported by adequate resources including archival resources, budgets, facilities and infrastructure. And it ends with a discussion session. Knowledge Sharing is expected to improve the quality and capacity knowledge of Archivists and Archive Managers in BAPETEN Environment to realize BAPETEN's human resources that are aware and orderly of the archive.
