"For this reason, it is necessary to carry out massive internalization in the BAPETEN environment marked by the start of this activity. In addition, we will sign the ASN BerAKHLAK pledge as a form of commitment from the leadership and all BAPETEN employees in implementing the BerAKHLAK values," he added.

The event continued with a presentation on the BAPETEN Employee Work Mechanism by the Head of Bureau of Organization and General Services, Dedik Eko Sumargo, who explained the position of functional and implementing officials, assignments, implementation of tasks, accountability, employee performance management, and the use of information and communication technology.

In addition, a demonstration of the use of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) ToDoList 2.0 was also carried out by the Head of Bureau of Planning, Information, and Finance, Achmad Bussamah. ToDoList 2.0 is an application for planning, implementing, reporting, and evaluating the performance of BAPETEN employees.
