Inauguration and Taking an Oath of Certain Functional Positions

The Executive Secretary (Sestama) of BAPETEN Sugeng Sumbarjo took an oath of certain functional positions (JFT) in BAPETEN, Monday (05/04). The event was also witnessed by Deputy Chairman for Licensing and Inspection Zainal Arifin and Deputy Chairman for Nuclear Safety Assessment Dahlia Cakrawati Sinaga.

In his remarks, Sestama said “JFT of Analysis of State Budget Financial Management is a new JFT that is intended for employees who have duties related to financial management. With the addition of new JFTs at BAPETEN, the competency of BAPETEN employee will increase in accordance with the main duty and functions of the Work Unit. Functional officials must be able to support the duties and functions of the Work Unit according to the mission and vision of BAPETEN”.

Furthermore, Sestama added that the Covid-19 pandemic and Industry 4.0 required all employees to work optimally and independently using information and communication technology (ICT).

“Transparent and effective financial management, and also meets the government's financial accounting standards, must be improved. ICT applications related to financial management must be developed and integrated, so the implementation of activities can be easier. Archives management also must follow the development of digital technology, such as Supersonic, To Do List, Balis. These are all sources of data and archives that need to be managed properly,” he added.

There are 12 (twelve) employees who will occupy functional positions, namely 7 (seven) State Budget Financial Managers, 2 (two) Archivists, and 3 (three) Personnel Analysts.

Meanwhile, based on the Decree of the Chairman of BAPETEN Number 0779/K/IV/2021 concerning the Appointment of Certain Functional Officers within the Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency, the inaugurated employees are:
