This guidance was attended by 19 participants, consisting of stakeholders and irradiator business actors. The activity was opened with remarks from the Director of DP2FRZR, Mukhlisin, who said, "Thematic bureaucratic reform for poverty alleviation is an approach that aims to align and optimize the bureaucratic system to overcome poverty problems more effectively and efficiently."

"The purpose of this coaching is to increase the capacity of irradiator facility business actors in complying with regulations and safety standards, encourage the use of irradiator facilities to support poverty alleviation programs, and strengthen synergy between the government and business actors in achieving national development goals," continued Muklishin.

The activity was also attended by the Deputy Chairman for Nuclear Safety Assessment (PKN), Haendra Subekti, who also officially opened the public consultation and presentation panellists, namely Fitriansyah from BRIDA East Kalimantan, Yudi Ubaidillah from Dharmais Hospital, Dirsani Gustam from the Red and White Gamma Irradiator, Chrisantius Aristo, and Muhammad Drajat Kurniawan from BAPETEN.

Then the activity continued with a presentation on “Status of Irradiator Development Planning in East Kalimantan” by Fitriansyah, “Experience in Complying with Legislation in the Use of Category I Irradiators with Radioactive Sources” by Yudi Ubaidillah, “Experience in Complying with Legislation in the Use of Category IV Irradiators with Radioactive Sources” by Dirsani Gustam, “Legislation in the Use of Irradiators” by Chrisantus Aristo W.D., and “Irradiator Licensing” by Muhammad Dradjat Kurniawan, moderated by Soegeng Rahadhy from BAPETEN.
