The event series was officially opened by the Acting Chairman of BAPETEN, Zainal Arifin, and attended by the leadership team, civil servant (ASN) staff, and non-civil servant personnel within the agency. The program proceeded with various collaborative competitions between work units, designed with philosophical significance to support the implementation of the ASN Core Values, specifically "Harmonious" and "Collaborative."

The competitions included a Relay Race (combining wooden clog racing, a marble relay, and a pencil-in-bottle challenge) to illustrate the importance of synchronized steps, communication, precision, and synergy between leaders and team members; a "Blind & Quiet" challenge (locating a ball while blindfolded) emphasizing mutual trust and listening to instructions; a National Anthem Lyric-Completion Contest to foster a spirit of nationalism; and a Work Unit Decoration Contest to cultivate creativity and a sense of belonging to the organization.

These activities are expected not only to serve as a healthy recreational outlet for all employees but also to improve coordination effectiveness and strengthen an inclusive, productive work culture in support of nuclear regulatory duties in Indonesia.
