The flag ceremony commemorating heroes day held on 10 November 2020 with themed "My Hero of All Time". The ceremony was held offline and online followed by all BAPETEN employees. The offline ceremony held at BAPETEN was only attended by Echelon I and II in the BAPETEN environment, to comply with the Covid-19 prevention health protocol, on Tuesday, 10 November 2020.
In the mandate of the Minister of Social Welfare of the Republic of Indonesia Juliari P Batubara read by the Chairman of BAPETEN Jazi Eko Istiyanto as the ceremony coach conveyed "The Day of Heroes may not only be remembered on every November 10th, but more than that the struggle and sacrifice of the heroes who have risked their lives to defend the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia needs to be remembered all the time by all of us as the theme of Heroes Day 2020 is "My Hero of All Time."
"The spirit of heroism that continues to ignite, can be used as a driving force in our efforts to fill the independence to realize the ideals of the founders of this country."
