PT. Global Medik Persada, located on St. Kebon Jeruk No. 26 West Jakarta, is one of the distributors of medical devices in Indonesia which was established in 2012. This year PT. Global Medik Persada added its business activities by submitting an appointment as a Conformity Test Institute for the scope of General Radiography, before later expanding for other scopes.

The activity is led directly by the Coordinator of the Quality Assurance Function Group – Directorate of Technical Support and Nuclear Emergency Preparedness (DKKN) Rini Suryanti, aiming to confirm the suitability of the data submitted in the form of documents with actual conditions in the field, both related to administration (legality documents, procedures, etc.) and technical (tools, personnel, etc.). The Entry Meeting was also attended by the President Director of PT. Global Medik Persada Daniel Soeprianto.

Field verification ends with the submission of a Verification Resume containing findings during field verification. Furthermore, KFJM DKKN will issue a Verification Result Report (LHV) and PT. Global Medik Persada will be given 30 days to follow up, to then be given an appointment by BAPETEN if all the fulfilment of the requirements has been declared fulfilled. [DKKN/Irma/BHKK/OR/RA]
