As one of the final stages of the designation of the Radiological and Interventional X-Ray Aircraft Conformity Test Board (LUK), BAPETEN cq. The Quality Assurance Function Group of the Directorate of Technical Support and Nuclear Emergency Preparedness (DKKN) conducted field verification to PT. Adi Multi Calibration, Yogyakarta on 16-18 June 2021. PT. Adi Multi Calibration as one of the business units owned by the Physics Study Program of Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta, submitted the designation as LUK for the scope of General Radiography, before later expanding for other scopes.
Verification that led directly by the Director of DKKN is carried out to ensure the conformity of the requirements submitted in the form of documents with actual conditions in the field, referring to Bapeten’s Regulation No. 2 of 2018 and SNI ISO /IEC 17025:2017. On the occasion, the Verification Team also conveyed the operating steps of Balis Sukses 1.5 as a means of reporting the results of the conformity test.
Field verification ends with discussion and submission of Verification Resume. With the increasing number of LUK, it is expected to provide an alternative option for health facilities to be able to conduct conformity tests according to the type of X-ray aircraft owned. [DKKN/DeddyRus/BHKK/IP/OR/RA]
