This is by the mandate of the Head of Bapeten Regulation No. 1 Year 2022 that the assessment of the applicant for Nuclear Training Institution is carried out through document evaluation and field verification activities to ensure the requirements are met. The verification team consist of Rini Suryanti as Chairperson of the Nuclear Training Institute Verification Team, accompanied by Joni S. Kadir, Alimuddin, Deddy Rusdiana, and Eko Sapto Aji as team members.

Rini Suryanti during the entry meeting conveyed the purpose of verification activities, namely ensuring the availability of facilities and infrastructure, human resources, curriculum, modules, and teaching materials as well as management system documents by the documents submitted in the application and by the requirements. After the entry meeting, continued with verification of the facilities used later for training facilities according to the BRIN Nuclear Polytechnic application.

On the second day, the verification activities continued with document examination, especially reconfirming the legality of the agency, and examining documents related to the management system, organizational structure, human resources, curriculum, syllabus, training modules, and teaching materials.

At the end of the verification activity, the BAPETEN team submitted the Minutes of Inspection containing findings that must be followed up immediately by the BRIN Nuclear Polytechnic at the exit meeting. The event was closed by signing the Minutes of Inspection by the Nuclear Training Institute Verification team and the person in charge of the prospective BRIN Nuclear Polytechnic Training Institute represented by Zainal Arief as the head of the training institution.
