PT. Alypz International Indonesia, which is a restructuring company from previously named PT Asialab Indonesia, has proposed an appointment as a Dosimetry Laboratory with the sub-scope of the External Dosimeter Laboratory with the OSL (Optically Stimulated Luminescence) dosimeter type Inlight XA and EX.

Field verification is led directly by the Quality Assurance Function Group Coordinator of the Directorate of Technical Support and Emergency Preparedness (DKKN) Rini Suryanti and is carried out to confirm the suitability of the data submitted in the form of documents with actual conditions in the field. In this field verification, management system documents are inspected, equipment and human resources are checked, as well as evaluation methods and calibration methods are examined. In addition, service simulations and quality control of the Dosimetry Lab were also carried out.

The implementation of field verification was opened by the Director of PT. Alypz International Indonesia Nur Ahmadi Wijaya and attended by all personnel who will later be tasked with providing dosimetry laboratory services.

The field verification ends with the submission of a Verification Resume containing notes and findings during the field verification. Furthermore, KFJM DKKN will issue a Verification Result Report (LHV) to be followed up and if all requirements have been met, PT. Alypz International Indonesia will get an appointment from BAPETEN to be able to evaluate external dose monitoring equipment for the type of OSL Badge for Hp (10) and Hp (0.07).

With the increase number of Dosimetry Laboratories, it is expected to provide an alternative option for permit holders to obtain individual dose monitoring evaluation services for their radiation workers. [DKKN/IrmaSA/BHKK/YL]
