Consultation of Prospective Training Institutions Regarding the Mechanism and Requirements for Appointing Nuclear Training Institutions
Kembali 04 Juni 2024 | Berita BAPETENBAPETEN, through the Quality Assurance Function Group of the Directorate of Engineering and Nuclear Readiness, received an audience and consultation from BPFK Jakarta, PT Gayuh Setia Utama, PT Global Transport & Training Indonesia, and PT Karya Mentari Teknologi at the BAPETEN office building, Jakarta, on June 4, 2024.
As a follow-up to the institution's request for an audience and consultation with BAPETEN, this activity aims to provide integrated consultation services effectively and efficiently in order to provide prospective training institutions in need with rapid and precise information regarding the process of appointing nuclear training institutions.
Present at this event were the Coordinator of the Quality Assurance Function Group, Rini Suryanti, all staff of the Quality Assurance Function Group, President Director of PT Gayuh Setia Utama, Technical Director of PT Global Transport & Training Indonesia, Teams from BPAFK Jakarta, and the Management Team of PT Karya Mentari Teknologi.
The event began with an opening by Rini Suryanti, who, in her presentation, conveyed the legal basis, details of the requirements, and all supporting systems for the appointment of nuclear training institutions. Then continued with an explanation related to the OSS RBA System and the fulfillment of requirements through the Balis 2.5 appointment module by the Middle Radiation Supervisor (Pengawas Radiasi Madya), Suryo Adi.
After that, there was a discussion and Q&A session about the selection of nuclear training facilities.
Rini Suryanti closed the event by stating that BAPETEN, in principle, strongly supports the establishment of new training institutions that help provide personnel who can work according to their scope. She also expressed BAPETEN's hope for an increase in the number of training institutions that are currently lacking, such as the scope of training for officers at radioisotope and radiopharmaceutical production facilities and the scope of training for Level 1 medical radiation protection officers (PPR).
