Best Employee Award of the Directorate of Regulation of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials, July-September 2025 Period

In order to realize efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of governmental duties, development programs, and public services, the Directorate of Regulation of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials (DP2FRZR) of the Nuclear Safety Assessment Work Unit (PKN) conducts employee performance evaluations in an objective, measurable, accountable, participatory, and transparent manner. This performance evaluation is carried out as an effort to provide appreciation (rewards) to high performing employees, encourage increased work motivation, and foster an excellent, performance oriented work culture.
As a form of appreciation, an award in the form of a Best Employee Certificate for the July-September 2025 period was held on 19 December 2025 at the BAPETEN Office. This award aims to encourage DP2FRZR employees to remain motivated in carrying out their duties and to deliver public services in a professional and high quality manner.
The announcement of the Best Employee was delivered by the Director of DP2FRZR, Mukhlisin, followed by the presentation of the award certificate by the Deputy Chairman for Nuclear Safety Assessment of BAPETEN, Haendra Subekti.
The following individuals were selected as Best Employees for the July-September 2025 period:
1. Health, Industry, and Research Regulation Functional Group: Anet Hayani
2. Radiation Protection and Environmental Safety Regulation Functional Group: Hermawan Puji Yuwana
