The Chairman of BAPETEN Jazi Eko Istiyanto, Deputy Chairman for Licensing and Inspection Zainal Arifin, together with the BAPETEN team, made a work visit to Diponegoro University (UNDIP) Semarang, Central Java, Thursday (03/09). This visit discussed about the cooperation between BAPETEN and UNDIP, regarding the 2020 Supervision Satisfaction Survey.
The collaboration between BAPETEN and UNDIP has been carried out every year, from 2016 to the present. This cooperation is implemented through a Supervision Satisfaction Survey related to regulations, permits, and inspections, which aims to provide data on the level of user satisfaction with the performance of the BAPETEN regulatory, licensing, and inspection work units.
In addition to the Supervision Satisfaction Survey, UNDIP also become the organizer of Radiation Protection Officer (PPR) Training for the general public who will get a license as Level 2 Medical PPR. Level 2 Medical PPR is in charge of the use of diagnostic and interventional radiology in hospitals and health clinics. In addition, UNDIP plans to hold Level 1 Medical PPR Training.
During this visit, BAPETEN also discussed the possibility that the PPR Refresher, which has been implemented by BAPETEN, could be carried out by other parties, including UNDIP. [BHKK / IP]
